Return & Refund Policy

We want you to have a smooth and satisfying shopping experience. Please read the following policy carefully before requesting a return or refund for men’s kurtas and women’s kurta sharara sets.


Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted only within 7 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
  • Products showing signs of wear, damage, stains, perfume, or alterations will not be accepted.
  • Return requests must include valid proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items purchased during clearance sales, special discounts, or promotional offers are not eligible for return unless damaged or defective.
  • Customized or altered products cannot be returned.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, you must report it within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Provide clear photos or videos as proof for verification.

Return Process

  2. Mention your order details and reason for return.
  3. Once approved, instructions for pickup or self-shipping will be shared.
  4. Ensure the product is securely packed to avoid damage during transit.

Refund Policy

  • Refunds will be processed only after the returned item is received and inspected.
  • If approved, the refund will be initiated within 5–7 business days.
  • The amount will be credited back to the original payment method.
  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error or defect.

Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.
  • If the requested size or product is unavailable, a refund will be processed instead.
