Customized or altered products cannot be returned.
Damaged or Incorrect Items

Once approved, instructions for pickup or self-shipping will be shared.
Ensure the product is securely packed to avoid damage during transit.
Refund Policy
Refunds will be processed only after the returned item is received and inspected.
If approved, the refund will be initiated within 5–7 business days.
The amount will be credited back to the original payment method.
Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error or defect.
Exchange Policy
Exchanges are subject to product availability.
If the requested size or product is unavailable, a refund will be processed instead.
